Our Return Policy

Due to copyright laws, computer software in opened packages may only be exchanged for the same item.

For Computer Software, only unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Opened products may be exchanged for the same item (no refunds) within 30 days of purchase (in case of defective product).

All returns require your original sales receipt or electronic invoice if you placed your order online.
If you are returning an unopened product, please enclose your credit card information so that we may refund your purchase. This must be the same credit card used for the original purchase.
